Since our first retrofit installation in 1983, CNC Engineering has become the largest and most experienced retrofitter of FANUC controls in North America.  Our FANUC retrofit packages are backed by a two-year parts warranty and a team of experts with nearly 500 combined years of experience.

Certified Pre-assembled Retrofits

CNC Engineering specializes in on-site retrofits.  Each FANUC Certified Pre-assembled Retrofit (CPR) package is fully engineered, assembled and tested at our facility before being shipped to the customer.  These pre-assembled packages expedite the installation process, minimize machine downtime and eliminate rigging expenses.

Maintenance and Operator Training

Following installation, on-site training is provided for machine tool operators and maintenance personnel.  Hands-on learning provides students with a thorough understanding of the new FANUC control and other new machine components.

Detailed Retrofit Documentation

Our retrofits are not complete until a full set of documentation is delivered to the customer.  Without proper documentation, repair of a simple problem can be a nightmare.  To assist your personnel with maintenance issues, CNC Engineering keeps exact copies of each retrofit documentation package on our server, backed-up daily.  In many cases, the documentation supplied by CNC Engineering surpasses what the OEM originally supplied.
