Simple Drawer System

A simple mobile workstation that has the ability to be moved to other machines and processes while maintaining a small footprint. The drawer system has a multiple drawers that are loaded from the back while the robot picks and places in the front. Each drawer has an angled “V-Block” part holding design, allowing for simple picking and part
holding.

Modular Automated Drawer System

The Modular Automated Drawer System is equipped with an HMI touch screen, allowing the user to select part sizes and custom layouts quickly and easily. The HMI is also used to request drawers to the operator position for loading/unloading without the need to stop the robot.
