The latest version of Renishaw Inspection Plus software includes SupaTouch technology. SupaTouch optimizes your machine, CNC, and probe as one system and makes intelligent in-process decisions to deliver significant improvements in cycle time without compromising accuracy and repeatability.

CNC Engineering recently updated the Inspection Plus software on two (2) Niigata horizontal machining centers with Renishaw RMP60 probes. The RMP60 probes were initially installed by CNC Engineering on Niigata HN1000s-Bar and Niigata HN80D-II machining centers. After upgrading to Inspection Plus with SupaTouch technology, cycle times dropped dramatically on both machines; 71.46% and 45.74% cycle time reduction respectively.

We also upgraded a DMG NHX6300 machining center which resulted in a 61.37% reduction in cycle time.
